Equipment Review
Learn about boxing hand-wraps and the safest way how to use them to keep your hands protected while punching. We will also review the different types of boxing gloves that exists. Equipment can be rented or purchased in facility.
- Hand-wraps: Learn the art of wrapping your hands to ensure safety and enhance punch effectiveness.
- Boxing Gloves: Selecting the right gloves is crucial for comfort, protection, and impact.

Technical Review
We provide hands-on training to refine technique through informative sessions where participants will learn the fundamental elements of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, basic punches, defensive techniques, and conditioning exercises.
- Review and practice of boxing stance and footwork
- Technique drills for punches and defensive maneuvers
- Introduction to combinations and punch variations
- Application of learned techniques through shadow boxing and bag work.

Fitness Training
Participants will engage in a dynamic boxing workout that showcases similar style to our fitness classes through a combination of punching bag and body weight exercises.
