Fitness Training

Chose between strength and cardio classes with bag work to help you get strong, fit and more energized.  Designed for all levels, these sessions focus on clear instruction, good form, and a supportive atmosphere!

Technical Boxing

We offer 3 levels of Technical Boxing classes (Level 1–3), so you can learn the art in a controlled environment and progress from fundamentals to partner work, controlled sparring, open sparring, and if you choose fight preparation.

The 6 Week Challenge is a boxing fitness program that gets you in amazing shape and learn boxing fundamentals by providing providing your a plan which includes private training, specific classes, training resources and an experienced professional coach to guide you every step of the way.

New Youth Boxing Classes For Ages 13-17yrs old

Our Youth Boxing Classes are for ages 13–17, running every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00pm. Teens learn boxing fundamentals, non-contact recreational drills, and fitness-based training to build confidence and physical literacy, with sessions focused on solid technique, conditioning, and safe, supportive skill development.
