A semi-private fitness & technical women’s boxing class open to all levels and abilities. This class teaches boxing fundamentals and you'll get a great workout to!

We offer classes focused on technique for all levels. Each class is lead by a Coach.

Intro Boxing

Into boxing is a group class designed to develop your fundamentals rehearsing specific movements. Perfect for individuals with little to no boxing experience.

Technical Boxing

Technical Boxing is a group class to improve your boxing skills using various specialized drills. Open to all levels with a basic understanding of fundamentals.

Tactical Boxing

This semi-private group class is designed to improve the application of boxing technique with light contact simulations. For intermediate/advanced levels.

Semi-private technical boxing class to practice attack and defensive skills. Open to intermediate & advanced levels with good abilities in boxing fundamentals.

Top 4 Things You Should Know Before Your First Boxing Class

We understand it can often be confusing to start something new therefore we want to make sure that you feel confident and ready to take your first boxing class with us. Here is a list of 4 common questions and answers that often come up.

You will need Photoshop preferably version CS6 and newer.

We recommend booking all classes through our app. It’s available here for download on all Apple & Android devices. You then follow to creating a profile, purchase class credits or a memberships and you’re all set to book your classes.

Most of our classes require boxing equipment (Boxing Gloves & Handwraps) if you don’t have any you can purchase them at the facility for as low as $89.99 for gloves and handwraps for $25. We also recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and indoor sneakers with a flat sole.

Definitely we have classes suitable for all fitness and technical levels. We recommend taking our free online survey that will recommend the best classes and program for you or booking an orientation if your not to sure.

Expect to sweat! Our classes are broken up into 3 stages: a warm-up, dynamic body weight exercises, combinations on the bag (or pads), and core work. Newcomers are recommended to come 15 minutes before to get prepared for class and ask any questions they have.
