If you’re looking to start boxing, this program includes all the tools, resources and opportunities you need to be prepared and achieve results. You will have multiple training sessions and our team there to help you every step of the way.

2 Boxing Workshops
Our boxing workshops are interactive and informative sessions where participants will learn the fundamental elements of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, basic punches, defensive techniques, and conditioning exercises.
Workshop #1 – Boxing Fundamentals:
- Introduction to United Boxing Club and program overview
- Basics of boxing stance and footwork
- Explanation of boxing terminology
- Demonstration and practice of basic punches (jab, cross, hook)
- Drills to develop coordination and technique
Workshop#2 – Review and Technique Refinement:
- Recap of program’s key learnings and progress
- Individual attention and technique refinement based on participant needs
- Q&A session to address specific questions or concerns
- Further practice of combinations and drills
- Certification

3 Boxing Classes
Participants will engage in dynamic and immersive boxing classes that provide hands-on training, refine technique, and enhance fitness levels through a combination of skill-based drills, punching bag exercises, and fitness workouts.
Intro to Boxing
The intro to boxing classes provide participants with hands-on experience in applying the fundamental techniques learned in the workshops. They focus on refining technique, practicing combinations, and developing coordination through partner drills and controlled environments.
Class #1
- Warm-up exercises and stretching
- Review and practice of boxing stance and footwork
- Technique drills for punches and defensive maneuvers
- Introduction to combinations and punch variations
- Application of learned techniques through shadow boxing and bag work
Class #2:
- Warm-up exercises and stretching
- Recap of previous class’s techniques
- Partner drills for defensive maneuvers and counter-punching
- Focus on applying learned techniques in controlled environments
- Opportunity for participants to practice combinations and refine technique
Fitness Boxing Class:
The fitness boxing class offers a high-intensity cardio workout incorporating boxing movements and conditioning exercises to enhance stamina and overall fitness levels.
- Dynamic warm-up exercises to increase heart rate and mobility
- High-intensity boxing-inspired cardio workout
- Incorporation of boxing techniques and movements into fitness routines
- Boxing-specific conditioning exercises to improve stamina and endurance

Dedicated Boxing Coach
each participant is assigned a dedicated boxing coach who provides personalized guidance, support, and expertise throughout their journey.
The manual also offers step-by-step breakdowns of essential boxing drills and combinations, accompanied by clear illustrations for easy comprehension.

The outline provided is a detailed roadmap for the 7-Day Intro to Boxing Program, encompassing two workshops on boxing fundamentals, two intro to boxing classes focusing on technique application, and one fitness boxing class for cardio and conditioning.
*This program can be customized by a Coach depending on your goals and schedule if taking private sessions at an additional cost.

To successfully complete the program and achieve the best results we ask participants to attend at least 2 workshops and 2 classes with the option for additional training during open gym hours following our workout guides or with private 1-1 session with a United Boxing coach. Weekday sessions are after 5:30 and weekend sessions are morning or early afternoon.
