The 90 Day Training Camp is a High Performance Boxing Program designed to prepare beginner and intermediate boxers for their first fight.

This camp will get you started in a structured, semi-private environment with access to specific tools, resources and opportunities.

This boxing program has been designed to significantly raise and enhance the physical conditioning and overall  technique of entry level members by using boxing specific training methods and healthy nutrition plans. 

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

We have prepared a proven structure to follow with classes happening in the evening between 7-9pm. However this boxing program can be customized by your Coach depending on your goals and schedule

Yes but you book the classes we recommend you take on your own schedule through our app. We made the schedule completely customized to your availability through our app. We have multiple classes through the week giving you multiple training opportunities to complete the assigned classes during each week. Please speak to a coach to assist you to plan accordingly.

• Protective Gear

• Hand wraps

• Indoor shoes

• Skipping rope

• Water Bottle

All of this equipment can be purchased or rented at our club.

Yes, the schedule is flexible both for private sessions and classes with over 40 sessions a week to chose from.

Yes you may pause your training for a week however we recommend not missing more then 1 week of training to ensure you achieve your goals.

4-6 times a week is the average amount of days that participants train for this program. Some other participants will train as much as 5 days a week.
